Class description

Mysore- A 6 day a week Ashtanga practice for all levels

Yin Yoga- Yin is a restorative and nourishing practice that involves a deep stretch of the tissues and the release of tension. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga Nidra Enlightened Sleep- A practice of deep rest, restoration and healing with Yoga Therapist Lisa Horwell. Extremely restful for all levels.

Led Class- Traditional counted led Ashtanga class. Taught in Sanskrit. Not suitable for beginners
