Energetic Release- Using the breath, somatic movements and meditation, we aim to release stored tension and emotion. Suitable for all levels
Yoga Nidra Enlightened Sleep- A practice of deep rest, restoration and healing with Yoga Therapist Lisa Horwell. Extremely restful for all levels.
Led Class- Traditional counted led Ashtanga class. Taught in Sanskrit. Not suitable for beginners
Parent and Baby Yoga - A stimulating and sociable experience for you and your baby. Suitable for babies 3 months to walking.
